UPDATE: TRIED ONCE AGAIN & THE OFFICE STAFF IS STILL RUDE AS HELL & MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT- IT FEELS VERY PREJUDICE Dr Tun is an amazing pediatrician; however, the office staff is rude & needs to be replaced. They speak to you in a condescending manner & it is very difficult for the most mild-mannered person to carry a conversation with them. Receptionist work is customer service, & they have none. They will lose patience in the long run because of them.

Had her for our daughter and son’s pediatrician for over 3 years and wish we had left sooner. Our daughter had really bad sensory and anxiety issues which she brushed off and were never fully addressed until we changed doctors. The final straw was our son had constant ear infections and she was completely wrong about the number of infections being normal. He needed tubes, which our new pediatrician recommended right away and fixed the issue. She’s nice but seems to just think every issue a child is having is normal.
