Dr. McCallie and her entire staff are caring knowledgeable and all around top notch. I want to be sure to especially thank them for being available during the pandemic. I realized probably more than ever how thankful how grateful we all are to our caregivers. All of a sudden we realized What about the medicines we need? What if they werent there? They go above and beyond in patient care and as a long time patient I highly recommend Dr. McCallie. She and her entire staff are simply great.

Best physician Ive ever had Dr. Shannon McCallie provides the kind of personal interest in her patients that makes you feel she truly cares about you as a person. She ask probing questions to get to the root of your problems. She explains complex procedures in simple terms. She talks to you and with you but never at you so that you always feel valued understood and respected. She is extremely knowledgeable and uptodate on the latest medical studies and treatments. She is confident in her diagnosis and it shows but even more important is how she includes the patient in the process. I always come away feeling this doctor has my best interest at heart so I trust her completely. Ive had many fine physicians over the past half century. None have disappointed me. But I can honestly say that I have never had a doctor to exceed my expectations in being as thorough and as thoughtful as Dr. Shannon McCallie She comes with my highest recommendation and without reservations.

Previously I wrote a review based on an out of town illness my disappointment in the lack of any response from the Dr. on call forcing me to seek treatment elsewhere. However a few days later I did receive a call from the practice manager apologizing stating new procedures had been put in place due to that experience. I sincerely appreciate the phone call as well as the changes made feel that will definitely remedy the situation where no one else will have the same experience.

Dr. McCallie has been my MD since right after she starting working as a doctor. She has seen me through myriad medical issues. With as many patients as she sees she still makes time to listen to me and use her great knowledge to treat me. I highly recommend her to anyone

About 10 days ago I had a reaction to a highlighting process for my hair. I broke out in an itchy painful rash on my face at my hairline and behind both ears. I called Dr. McCallies office first thing on Monday morning and got in to see her at 200 the same day. After she examined me she determined that it was a reaction to the chemicals and she prescribed the necessary steroid medications to treat the rash. Within 48 hours the rash began to subside and was cleared by he end of the week.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. McCallie to anyone. She is prompt trustworthy and knowledgeable about anything you throw at her.. Yes five stars for sure. I also appreciate how clean the office is the friendliness of the staff and that Fox News isnt playing in the waiting room.

Dr. McCallie has been my primary physician for many years. She listens answers questions refers to specialists as needed and monitors my health on a regular basis.

Dr. McCallie is very knowledgeable and professional. She is personable and makes you feel at ease when discussing medical concerns. She takes the time to listen and to explain treatment options. I feel that she genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a primary care physician.

I could not be happier with my first visit to Dr. McCallies office. From the first call requesting an appointment to the sign in at the front desk through the initial consultation with the nurse the in depth visit with the doctor and nurses follow up and check out the staff and doctor were helpful patient professional thorough and polite. I had been looking for a new PCP for our family and I am delighted to say Dr. McCallies practice will be a great fit for our needs.
