Dr Gouge provides care for multiple family members of mine and friends. She truly is thorough compassionate and so very willing to listen. She has a very nurturing and wholesome personality and demeanor. I would highly recommend her as a primary care physician for anyone that is looking. Went for help getting a referral for an MRI after developing persistent vertigo. Everything pointed to neck injuries. She said wed need to check some things off before she could do the referral. My heart rate was up a little that day from anxiety as I explained to her so she wanted me to do tests for heartrelated causes none of which supported that as a cause of my problem. Despite my input the lack of evidence to the contrary and my chiropractors copious notes she dismissed my request for a referral outright. Went to pay my bill online and checked the notes shed made from our appt. She put blatant false information some of which Id corrected in person and some she pulled out of the air including symptoms Ive never had in my life. It was like she was determined to prove I had an imaginary problem. I paid off the bill from her office and made no further appointments. Her staff was excellent which makes her sketchy behavior look even worse.

Dr. Susan Gouge will along with the staff of Life Care neglect your family member. She will let them lay in a bed in sepsis shock before deciding to run tests and send them to a real professional physician. Listed below are questions. to answer them thre does not do her neglect justice. as far as visits my mother should have had many visits with her but she did not. when asked to call and speak with the family she would not. This woman does not deserve to be caring for the elderly.
