I was welcomed as a new patient when I walked in the door, by the nurse, by the doctor, and by the checkout person. I needed to make some changes with my Healthcare team. I am so happy to be with Dr. Lenz! He listened to my needs and help me simplify my plan of care.

He was a good doctor in the beginning but then stopped caring about his patients. Doesn't listen to your concerns. Stopped seeing us when my son was at his worst because I disagreed on his treatment plan he offered. Don't ask him questions he gets offended easily.
