I walked at 4:45 and was told they stop seeing people at 4:30. They instructed me to go to another urgent care that was open, if they had their actual closing times posted that would save people the trip.

I have been a patient at Paragould's Urgent Care, clinic side, for the past 4+ years. I have only experienced kind and helpful people, from the front desk to the doctors. When utilizing the Urgent Care side, especially during/after, tight covid restrictions, I knew it would be a slower process. I absolutely cannot say enough about Dr. Leslye McGrath and Nurse Practitioner Garrett Wray. They are both detailed, caring and always willing to listen. Thank you all for doing such a great job before and now with Covid in the mix.

Great place to get the help that you need. Everyone has been so caring to me and my family. I personally love the staff. They greet you with a warming smile. I will never go anywhere else.

Would not recommend this NEA location. Waited at least an hour on parking lot just to be told that they could not help my daughter. That I need to go my normal clinic....which I will gladly do. As an employee of NEA Baptist Hospital....highly disappointed. I will gladly go to my regular clinic which happens to be the Brookland NEA clinic. Highly recommend it to everyone!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
