If I could rate less then 1 star I would. I took my 3 year old daughter here yesterday her appt was at 12. They didn't even call us back till 1:47 then we waited and waited and waited. It was 3pm by the time we got out of there. They swabbed her for strep and rsv. That's it. No reason it should take that long. By the time we got out all the pharmacies were closed so had to go all the way to Lexington. Go to pick her meds up and they only called in the antibiotics not the cough meds like the doc said. I called back the lady at the front desk was very rude and said she'd call me back. Took her 45 mins to call back by this time I was already back to Parsons going to Linden to get home. The whole experience was very unprofessional. We will not be back.
