I don't usually give reviews but this time I was so pleased with the care my daughter received that I just had to share. They were all so compassionate from the front desk to the nursing staff to the provider. Definitely a great experience. We even returned a second time the same week and were not treated like we were a bother like some other offices have made us feel in the past. Very pleased!

Where do I start. I went in with a fractured foot. They took an x ray of my foot and then I proceeded to wait almost three hours for them to send me home with no diagnosis, no script for crutches...but wait. I did get some GREAT advice for me too keep my foot elevated. That was my first and last time there....never again. GARBAGE

I had the worst experience with this company. My side has been hurting for days I left work early due to the pain and went to my local urgent care. I was then told that we only had an x-ray tech available at piney flats office I proceed to drive out to this facility. They were unable to pull my insurance even though I had submitted in online previously I was told to come back tomorrow and they could take care of me. I then came back to a the meanest doctor I have ever met. She truly should consider a different career because she doesn't need to be around people. I was accused of drug seeking and doing this for workman's comp even though neither of these were ever mentioned and I just wanted to know if my rib was cracked before returning to a labor intensive job. She then said she couldn't do and x-ray and I was sent to blountville in order to finally get it. The only reason it's a one star rating is because I can't put negative numbers or zero.

Not one car in the parking lot three people came in behind me and said there for 40 minutes and finally walked out… The word fast pace in Urgent should not be included in the title
