ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK/SIGN IN FOR NEW PATIENT! It took me an hour or more to register, and I am usually pretty fast w/that sort of thing. Totally ridiculous! However, Dr. Jackson was easy to talk to and we established what I hope to be a good dr.-patient relationship.

I love Dr. Jackson. She’s very kind and knowledgeable. Her warm and caring attitude makes me feel very comfortable. The office is also open in the evening and on Saturdays which I find very convenient.

Alicia Jackson was my doctor for about a year. I do not recommend her. She really doesn't have a clue when it comes to major medical problems. I now have an intelligent physician, and have been able to receive proper medical treatment. I have also been able to have major chronic pain addressed. She would only say "I won't prescribe narcotics". I had made clear that I don't want them! She doesn't listen to her patients. Ibuprofen pusher she is, and no thanks to her for kidney problems due to her ignorance. I am sorry for anyone stuck with her.

Doesn't listen. Refuses to help you. She will even make fun of your aches and pains behind your back. Won't order tests and will let serious conditions get out of control.
