Greeted warmly by Andrea upon arrival. Courtney and Dr. Lee were friendly, thorough, and professional. Autumn T. helped me navigate scheduling my surgery appointment and insurance questions with a smile. Andrea finished my visit by making sure I had a snack and cold drink for the long drive home. So pleased with my experience here.

I was blessed to be referred here for a tooth extraction. One singular tooth, but George Lee took one look at my X-ray and asked me how I felt about taking care of the rest of my wisdom teeth. When I tell you this blew my mind and made my day, I haven’t been to a surgeon or dentist that cared nearly as much as this man! Very descriptive and detailed process, I was the most comfortable I’ve ever been while waiting for a surgery, nurses and front desk ladies like Andrea, Salena, Amanda, and even auttie! I loved their good vibes! I will recommend them to anyone 1,000 times! Thank y’all so much!

No response for call backs. Office manager said they require ssn for any work done, then separate manager confirmed they do not need it. Managers were both very rude ending the phone call if I would not give ssn, and the other saying that manager is still in training but on vacation all week. They alternate vacation every week per the manager. Vacation mid training? They say the managers are never available due to meetings. She cost the business a few thousand dollars. Hope you do educate your manager that ssns are not mandatory.

My family and I have seen Dr. Lilly multiple times and each time I can say it has been a wonderful experience. I have been a patient of his for 10+ years and when my kids needed their wisdom teeth extracted, I knew I wanted them to be seen by only him. He is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing patient care. I will always recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery!
