The receptionists are so very sweet and very helpful. Most of the Drs are so very nice and very helpful also. The office is very clean and neat!

I have never had a bad experience at this doctor office and I’ve been a patient for many, many years. Pam takes care of me but if she’s not available, I know there’s someone else that can help.

Dr Lori is the best! Always has the time for you and make you feel that you are important. I don’t dread going to the doctor when I see her.

I have been seeing Dr. Ray for years and she has been a saving grace for me. I have never had a bad experience here so don’t believe everything you read on a post where someone didn’t get their way. She is one of the sweetest and most caring doctors I have ever met. I truly love her!!

Horrible doctor and office. If you want to be cared for do Not go to this office. The staff will tell you that she will only see patients on 1 day a month. The people she hand picks. Told me i didn't have strep. Then nurse comes in and tells me my test was positive for strep. The dr told her talk to me before you talk to the patient even though she was wrong. Had those results from patient before me. Sad doctors office all the way around.We need to close their doors. I have seen several dr at this location. I have been abused and mistreated. None are decent. But if you tell them your in pain need help they try to make u look like a drug addict. Anyone that uses this office get a copy of your records. I think its odd that a dr doesn't know her patients that are unhappy and post their thought. I bet if they post good stuff she would. Pathetic group of people. Very sad they get away with this abuse and mistreatment. Time for change for our community. They don't try at all just show up and bill insurance and do bare minimum.

I've never even seen the patient posting those comments. We work very hard for our patients. We are very committed.

Dr. Ray was very easy to talk to. She addressed every question I had about my condition. She was very caring and knowledgeable of my issues. I would certainly use her, in fact I have chosen her as my Primary Care Physician.

I feel like they have no respect for their patients schedules, they act as if it is no big deal to make you wait beyond 30 minutes after a scheduled appt.

Staff is not friendly. You can't see the same provider at each visit. Dr. Ray is not at the clinic very often.

I have never in my life seen so many RUDE people in one place, Not only is the whole staff rude with a smart mouth so is the Dr. that would be Dr. Lori Ray to be exact. I don't know what happened to doctors caring for their patients and actually listening to what they have to say It seems as if they only care for the ones that come in and pay them the most money, But I can say this after seeing how my mother has been treated there I will be making a few calls b/c right is right and wrong is just wrong and in this this doctor is WRONG..
