Today was our second visit here and we've had an amazing experience both times. I have a 2, 4 and 14 year old and that makes for a pretty chaotic appointment at times and the ladies there have always been so kind and patient. One of my children have sensory issues and they do a great job adjusting to make things comfortable and less stressful for him and I really appreciate that.

We had a fantastic time this morning at this place. Super awesome with children (well, duh..), but it was the demeanor of provider, assistants and staff that did us in. Felt like the right place to be. My 5 year old son absolutely crushed going through his first cavity issue, the big thanks (and respect) belonging to this establishment. If there was a 6th star, I'd mark it.

The dentist is very rude and impatient my son has adhd and anxiety and she literally stomped her feet in a tantrum like fit because he kept closing his mouth because he was anxious. She does not need to be a pediatric dentist.

My experience had some good and bad. I do feel her physical work is good. But I do feel her bedside manner and patience is not there. She dismisses everything I say and just kind of like argues with you about it. Also the patience is so not there. My daughter has anxiety and red head genes so the medicine takes a little bit longer to activate. She literally sticks the needle in and then gets to work and just tells the kids and stop and like when it becomes too hard she just goes omg I don’t I can do this and walks away. I feel having 1 person do all the work is honestly too much. Even I know that and I think she needs to go back and look at how she acts towards these people because trust me we see you’re over worked but giving kids 30 min to do a total of several cavity’s, caps and ect and going back and forth between multiple children in 1 sessions. It’s just not ok. A lot of room for mistakes to happen.
