Aaron Margulies's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Margulies falsified the notes in my patient portal immediately following our first meeting. He stated I refused a follow-up appt., refused any type of treatment for my diagnosis, and made written, wrongful assumptions about the nature of the relationship between me and the woman I brought as my support to the appt. I believe he was insulted at my innocent questions about the statistics presented during the consultation, my having done research prior to our meeting so that I would be prepared to inquire intelligently in order to make the best decision regarding my treatment plan. My experience was absolutely horrifying and shocking that a doctor would treat someone so horribly at the time of such a difficult diagnosis. I begged to have the portal information corrected to represent the truth, that I had asked for time to make a decision. I was ignored. I have found a wonderful doctor in the the area's leading expert breast care surgeon, Dr. Jillian Lloyd at UT Medical Center. I believe God spared me of what would likely have become an even more detrimental experience had I hired Dr. Margulies to serve me in my medical time of need. Thanking God daily for the signs to move in another direction. Buyer beware!

Very friendly. Really kept my mother and I at ease during a hard time. Was always eager to help and answer questions. Thank You for helping us during this time. Would recommend 100%. Staff is also friendly and very personable. Thank you for caring for my mother.

Dr. Margulies is absolutely magic! You can hardly see my scar from my partial mastectomy! His staff is so friendly! So love him and his staff!

The entire staff was so kind and friendly. I work in Healthcare and will recommend this office to anyone in need of a general surgeon. I went in the office in an emergency state, but I didn't realize it. Luckily, they did and got me into surgery the same day. Bedside manner was amazing and did a wonderful job with my surgery and tending to my recovery. Thank you all for being so amazing!

In July 2019 I received a diagnosis of cancer in both breasts. My radiologist almost immediately recommended that I contact Dr. Marguiles to discuss my options, and I made the appointment. Needless to say I was in a state of shock and although I had been told that Dr. Marguiles was a compassionate, caring physician I went to his office frightened, shaken and apprehensive. I had received nothing but bad news up to this point and fully expected more of the same. I am pleased to say that from the initial consultation through the surgery and subsequent recovery period, Dr. Marguiles and his staff have been wonderful. My decision to undergo a bilateral mastectomy was treated with respect and understanding. The results of the surgery could not have been better. Dr. Marguiles is a highly skilled surgeon who cared not only about complete eradication of the cancer but also about the aesthetic results as well. Dr. Margulies, his nurse-practitioner wife, Imelda, and their staff are absolutely stellar. He has the heart of a teacher (and the dry-erase-marker collection of one, as well!), and took a considerable amount of time with me and my husband to help us understand exactly what was going on in my body. He clearly outlined the steps I next needed to take, and gave us an amazing amount of support. I felt enormously educated and prepared upon leaving his office. Dr. M is also a skilled surgeon; I've had other medical professionals have to search for a few seconds to find the hidden scar he left curved around my areola! Ashley and Lisa in the office are also excellent--professional, considerate, funny, and friendly. They made me comfortable to be there every time I've visited. I do hope I don't ever HAVE to recommend him to a friend or family member, but I would do so without hesitation.

Very Professional. Dr. Margulies was very soft spoken and caring. The day of my Surgery, I was very impressed that he asked to pray with us before he started. His staff is awesome! Always friendly and would answer any questions that I had. Called me back in a timely manner and made sure that I was being followed up with. I trust them with my care, and would recommend.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! they put me through so much pain and when i called next day the stafg and the nurse kept hanging up on me!! ASHLEY was front desk lady and LISA is the nurse. Absolutely horrible people. I kept telling them i'm in pain from what they did and they said well then u would have to come in tomorrow! I was just there yesterday with no instructions what so ever of how to take care of this! They cant prescribe me some sort od a cream or pain meds either! like i said HORRIBLE.
