Dr Rosenbaum saved my life. He is a wonderful surgeon and cares about his patients and listens to them and takes very good care of them. I feel very blessed to have him for my doctor.

Very unprofessional staff. Advised he would be late due to surgery but after 90 minutes and being shuffled between rooms , never given an update. I finally left after an aide said they had not received a report from my audiologist she had previously indicated was in process. Never saw the Doctor

Seeing all the 5 star reviews makes me wonder. Im a cash paying patient so I guess we get a different service . I was in the waiting room 40 min past my appointment time . I went into the back were he was their for less than 5 min . Put his finger in my mouth told me the same thing the ER did . That cost $122 in case you were wondering .

Turbinate surgeries from ent doctors can cause Empty Nose Syndrome, which damages the nerves in your nose and makes you feel like you're suffocating. Think again before having the surgery.

I saw Doctor Rosenbaum in consultation in the hospital. He explained procedures and recommendations thoroughly. Even walking from his office to the hospital to come over and check my throat at lunch time. Excellent care giver. Listened and repeated what I told him about my problem. Particularly kind and competent.

Nice doctor and competent. No follow up. Greater Knoxville ENT generally does not return calls. do not honor appts. they will cancel you and offer an appointment more than 2 months away. They will not even let you in to see a nurse, doesn't matter how long you've been a patient or how much money you've spent with them.

I was referred to Dr. Rosenbaum from another doctor within GKENT. I have to say that after months of dealing with ear infections Dr. Rosenbaum got straight to the issue and scheduled a much needed surgery. He is an amazing surgeon, i am so impressed with my results i would recommend him without hesitation. He is personable and very professional.
