List of Children's Hospital Urgent Care - Emory Center's Reviews
The wait was long but they of course were taking the sickest 1st. Wonderfully caring people helpful. We waited in our car in comfort. Called us and was seen immediately followed 10 minutes layer by a wonder P.A. Will definitely go again if needed. Great care
Staff here is very rude and act like youre bothering them to bring your child here....and you will wait for hours
Amazing Theyre always so sweet and very efficient. Never takes more than an hour total. Usually less than that. Love this place. Very convenient.
We have been here twice now amp it is just so fabulous. They are kind and the care is wonderful. Highly recommend amp am so thankful it is North close to our house if we need weekend care.
Great clinic. Very clean . Friendly staff. Was able to get my daughter a covid test last minute. Wait was crazy but understandable due to current circumstances. Love that they are very quick to follow up and provide results as well as additional care needed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with kids trying to avoid the ER.
I took my 3 year old here who has been suffering with severe sinusitis. I say this place is a hit or miss place to take your sick child who needs urgent care. On my first visit the wait was not that long considering I was around the 8th person in line. I was in and out within around 2 hours. The physician this day was Dr. Matthew Blair who is wonderful Hes very thorough calming and great with rambunctious kids However I had to go back a week later as my child starting showing signs of something else wrong. This time I saw a Dr. Nisha. It was not a great experience. I felt she wasnt understanding of the situation. It wasnt until I showed signs of frustration that she decided to do a chest xray which showed he has bronchitis. I ended up walking out before getting any paperwork as I was so exasperated I was afraid of my reaction The nurses were wonderful as well as the front desk staff.
I took my son here because I work a 85 and couldn’t get him to his regular dr in time. The reason was for a basic ear infection. He couldn’t get his vaccinations until we knew this was clear and he’d been crying still and holding his head down. It took an hour and a half to be seen for something so basic. Absolutely no one was Urgent about anything. My sons were so tired and hungry by the time the actual Visit was that they were melting down. Even getting our papers to leave after his ears were looked at took 510 more minutes. I literally just walked out of the room waiting for them. Keep in mind I’m a single mother wrangling a wild 3 year old and a baby with the ear infection. If you’re wanting urgent don’t go here unless it’s the last option. Nurses in the back were friendly but i wish they reassured customers waiting so long that they weren’t forgotten. I will not be back with my sons.
I would not recommend this place until the lady at the front desks gets removed from this building. Very rude and unprofessional. I work in health care and I have never talked to my patients or their families the way she talked to me and my sister.
Very rude staff. She should definitely not be working in healthcare if she doesn’t have the bedside manners for the job.
Great and friendly staff We went 30 minutes before closing and everyone was still polite. The receptionist was extremely friendly and so was the nurses. The doctor came in and knew exactly what needed to be done Highly recommended tjos clinic for your urgent care needs

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
