Cynthia Kang Rotondo's Online Review Report Card

I am a physician and I can't say enough good things about Dr Kang and her office staff. She has been my dermatologist for several years and every visit is efficient and pleasant. It amazes me how she can look at a skin problem and immediately diagnose it. She is extremely intelligent but also down to earth and a good communicator. I would highly recommend her.

They provide effective services, but they charge hundreds too much for simple short procedures. I've been coming here for a year, and I don't plan on going back, now that I'm not desperate for help. I'm sure you can find more affordable places with a kinder staff - I wouldn't say these people are helpful or polite. Don't go here unless you have thousands of dollars to blow.

I brought my just turned 6 year old son to her practice to see another physician there that we love to see. My son has severe eczema so we were there to try the new dupixent shot for kids. I hadn't told my son he was there to receive shots because what six year old likes to get shots. Well he ended up having to get two shots one in each leg for his first treatment. Well of course he screamed and cried and I had to hold him down and four of her staff came into help make this process go as smooth as possible. After the shots were given and I had him laughing again and trying to forget them Dr. Kang knocks on the door to let me know that my sons behavior was unacceptable and we were an inconvenience to her staff and the other patients that were there. He wasn't allowed to come into the practice anymore to get the shots and had to do them at home. I explained to her this was his first time and he was only 6. She didn't care at all. WORST BED SIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Dr. Kang-Rotondo is an excellent doctor. I never have to wait. She is very thorough and always pleasant. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful dermatologist .

Dr Kang is an amazing doctor. She takes her time with you and explains any procedure she is doing. I truly recommend her, if you need a dermatologist. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been going to her for many, many years. I love her new office.

Many visits over many years - one of the kindest, most supportive doctors you could imagine.

This doctor couldn't possibly be giving adequate attention to her patients. She spent all of 7 minutes with me during my appt. She clearly was in a hurry to get to the next patient. It was more like a production assembly line than a doctor's office. She was abrupt and rude when I asked a question. She walked towards the door and replied you couldn't afford the procedure needed. She has no idea what my bank account may hold. Her loss. I had the procedure and I did pay for it. I would not recommend this Dr.

I was very pleased with the Drs and staff but I had to call and was not able to get threw to a person. The phone kept disconnecting, I'm wrong this now because I have to cancel my apt today and after 5 times of calling being put on wait this is the only way to let you know I'll not be in
