The staff are great with kids. They try to make them feel as comfortable as possible, especially when they are about to receive a shot. I love the fact they prepared for my kids to pass out because they remembered what happened last year, all without me having to remind them.

Dr Greg has been our daughter's pediatrician for 8 years. He is wonderful to our daughter. He spotted our daughter's scoliosis when she was 3 years old, which enabled us to begin the process of getting her help for the scoliosis early in her life. I am so grateful for his expert medical advice and excellent care he gives his patients.

Dr. Greg is a great listener and takes the time to look at the child and investigate if anything is needed further. My son had a problem that warranted two options for healing and Dr. Greg took the time to discuss both and the outcomes and risks. The NPs are great and so friendly.

Billed us for a well and sick visit for same appointment. Dr. Kimberly looked at our daughters toe for about 3 seconds. She told us to keep doing what we were doing. No diagnosis or extra care. Billing manager said they HAD to charge this way. When I told her I was going to file a complaint with our insurance, she shrugged her shoulders and said that they would just send them the office notes. Pretty much said she didn't care. Dr. Greg and staff are wonderful. We love them all. Our daughter has had multiple health problems over the last couple of years and they have taken very good care of her. Dr. Greg even tended to her when she was in the hospital for a couple of days. We have another one on the way and there is no doubt he will be a patient of the Blackmon's as well. They are a wonderful Christian based practice, and that is evident in everything they do, including their time spent in Haiti. Thanks for being so wonderful!

If this practice would actually listen to their patients, instead of lumping all of them into one category of "usually" and it is just "viral" or this is "common," they wouldn't loose so many of their patients and their reputation would not be so tarnished. My daughter was an individual with an individual issue. She was 9 months old and he wanted to put steroids onto her body to cover up a rash instead of finding out what it was. So lazy.
