Would recommend this practice highly. Dr. Chism and her staff are so competent and caring. The whole team is just the best

Dr. Chism has been my medical adviser for over 20 years...and I dont generally care for doctors. She could not be more compassionate caring and helpful. She is dedicated to the best interests of her patients and will help them in any way that she can. You couldnt find a better provider anywhere

Health grades Dr. Kathy ChisholmDr. Chism is unpredictable she’s slow she’s mean and very rude to her staff. She does not get along with others well at all including her patients. She discharges patient patients if she doesn’t like them. She is lazy and should Seriously reconsider a different field.

I have been going there since 2000. I dont trust doctors and only go when I feel it is necessary. My doctor was Dr. Chism and thought over the many years that we had established a rather good relationship but it turns out from what I learned today that that isnt true. It seems because I had to cancel two appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and me not feeling comfortable going because of the virus pandemic that I can no longer be a patient there. Ive done everything that she asked me to do since January other than going back to see her. Ive started taking Metformin which I did not think was necessary and lost 18 pounds.I dont get it if a doctor truly cares about your well being theyre willing to work with you on any level. I would not recommend Dr. Chism to anyone she has to have it her way or no way. Thats a very poor excuse for a doctor. Ive been in education for 40 years and learned early on that each student is different and you treat them on their individualality. I cant get rid of one because they dont always do what I want This experience has only strengthened my lifelong theory about doctors. I am done with them forever

Dr. Chism and the staff at the Emory office are great. Even if they are extremely busy they never rush my appointment but are always timely. Dr chism is always very caring down to earth and thorough. She has gone above my expectations. Her nurses are always polite and have handled all situations in a caring and respectable manner.

Dr. Chism has been my primary care physician for years She is always caring and professional. She stays current in her field and clearly strives to take the best of care of her patients.

One of the most arrogant purposefully condescending physicians Ive ever worked with. Has the personality of a cold fish or really a snake. This view from a colleague in the medical system that Dr. Chism works in today. Had to tell my friends who saw her to find another doctor especially after the six I knew griped about her using these same real descriptions of her Sad these Dr types make it through arent flagged out well before graduation. I wouldnt send anybody to see this lousy human being.

Dr Chism is a great doctor and she has a wonderful nurse that has been very helpful in taking care of our mom. My mom has been with them for 15 or more years. Thank you Dr. Chisim

I started going to Dr. Chism years ago when I hadnt been to a doctor in a long time. She immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Chism provides quality care to her patients and she really does care about their health. If she doesnt have the answer to something she researches until she finds the answer or refers you to someone who will know. I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Chism.

Ive seen Dr Chisms for about 3 years. During this time Ive found her care barely adequate with sone exceptions. I am type 2 diabetic and during my time with Dr Chisms my condition has worsened. My A1C has gone from low 6.0 to around 7.8. she had added long acting insulin which seems to worsen my condition. Instead of going a different direction she just has me increase the dosage. Recently I have developed occasional chest pains. She just dumped me on the ER. Poor care tactic in my view.
