Dr. McCoy was so absolute and down to business. He layed out a plan to get me started, 1..2..3 and I love someone that tells me , here's the plan. I just get a good feeling inside about this guy.

Excellent manner with old, grumpy guy who despises going to the doctor. Dr. McCoy won him over from the first greeting. I have to pay extra because he is out of network, but he is worth it.
