My dad was in some heart trouble the team of cardiologist and wonderful nurses saved him.I would suggest this hospital if your in need of great care and troubled times they will do their best to make it through them.Thank you Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center...

Called to reschedule an appointment for surgery and the operator would not connect the call to surgery center. She was very rude and she needs to be replaced. That is a important part of Tennova health system and no place for her actions.

If I could give this facility negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER GO HERE When you check in for medical testing and you ask about your insurance coverage you may be told you are covered when you are not. My insurance covers 100% diagnostic testing. I asked to make sure my tests were covered at 100%. I was told beforehand that they were. Then I start receiving bills for coinsurance and deductibles IN ADDITION TO exorbitant totals of the bills. Insurance company has since the provider relationship with them. They LIE just to get you in the door and stick it to you in more ways than one. Do not ever go here unless you are about to die and have no choice.

Nothing compares to the love and care given by a midwife. This pregnancy was no exception. Blair hicks Terrell midwife knew exactly what I needed when I needed it without me having to say. Leading me through every stage of labor. On top of thatevery single nurse was exceptional You could tell they each had a calling for caring for people nurses Sheryl Linda and our last nurse that I cannot remember her name I truly cannot say enough about our experience. Rooms were beautiful and spacious Thank you everybody from the bottom of our heart.

Just delivered my son here. I had an allnatural child birth. My issue was with a nurse who though I thought was otherwise polite she was extremely pushy and even inappropriately judgmental with my choice to decline antibiotics. It was every time she came into the room that she pushed the subject. I had no infection of any sort to even need them. When a patient declines a medical intervention you don’t get the right to hound them about it because you don’t like it. Also “hospital policy” is not patient policy. What I choose to do or not to do medically with mine andor my child’s body is no one’s business and isn’t up for debate or discussion. Threatening to contact DCS is also a low blow. All of my children are extremely healthy loved and beyond taken care of and their health is of upmost importance to me even above that of medical staff. Medical arrogance is not okay. And it doesn’t belong in the field. Do better. When medical errorunnecessary intervention is the third leading cause of death in the United States we need to lay off the people who are naturally minded.

Thank you so much to the staff to Tennova hospital north located in Powell… The Staff saved my life… They made sure I was taking care of from the highest level of treatment to the staff of house keeping…. The food was great… Everyday I woke up to a smile and fell alseep to a nurse saying good night….Thank u again for all you all have done….All Superhero don’t have to wear a CapMines ware a Mask and Scrubs

I came in around 11pm and was discharged 430am. Which isnt bad The waiting room was busy and so was the back. I didnt mind waiting I needed to see a dr. EVERY employee was professional friendly and helpful. Regardless of having open rooms Dr Hall did what he had to do with what he had available. He and his workers even the front desk employees deserve knowledgement. Thank you and you are each a blessing

I don’t know why some people give this hospital anything less than five stars. I spent six days under the care of the most compassionate nurses and doctors I have ever had any experience with. You have to understand that the staff of this hospital and every other hospital in the country right now are all working extreme hours with very sick people. My thanks to all who took care of me to get me better. Kathy B.

I just completed my visits for shoulder and balance problems. The whole staff were wonderful courteous and experienced in their treatment of my physical therapy to rebuild my weakened condition. I would highly recommend these physical therapists and would not hesitate to return here if the opportunity for treatment came again.
