It has been over a year since I have seen Sarah, but I continue to look back on how thankful I am for her. A person like her is very rare to find since some doctors are desensitized. I was admitted for a VERY severe earache and she was so delicate and compassionate. She was understanding, as if my pain was hers, and she was always positive. When I returned to her office it was very busy, especially since it is shared. You do have to wait a while to be seen so don't make plans afterwards and bring entertainment. HOWEVER, this is completely worth it and understandable. I get the impression she records her patients stories so your visit is more personal and she can get more information on how you are doing in general. This heartfelt touch takes extra time during a visit and pushes into others. She is not the person who comes in, looks at your chart, talks at you, and exits. I believe waiting extra for a good person is worth the quality care you are paying for.

My wife was recently treated at Tennova north and I would like to express my deepest and genuine appreciation for the, professionalism, and compassion of Sara Harvey the above Nurse Practitioner She is a gem of a physician and should be commended for her work in the medical field. She sure made things more comfortable for me with my wife's terminal condition. CY Dr, Brunson. Our families had been going to other hospitals for years and I will certainly return. Johnny Hicks
