office staff is very friendly at an easy to get to location. thank you Susan for being so easy going and making me laugh in a normally anxious situation. I met with Dr. Gordon who within a very short few moments made me feel comfortable and at ease. he answered all questions thoroughly, made sure I was well informed, was professional (but personable), kind, honest, patient, spent a good amount of time without rushing through , and overall over exceeded my expectations . you feel a sense of hope walking into their office and meeting them. I am excited and looking forward to my journey with them!

I can never say enough good things about this clinic! We're going for our third transfer in February and they have been nothing but helpful, kind, wonderful people. Even when I call, freaking out over something, they handle it quickly and put my mind at ease. They've given us two beautiful babies and I couldn't be more thankful.

WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WE HAD!!! If I could, I would give 10 stars! Every single staff member we talked to was AMAZING! The kindness, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge given to us in this appointment was above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. Dr. Keenan was very thorough and kind in every aspect of the appointment. I wish we lived closer, as I would definitely switch to him for my primary OBGYN. We went to Dr. Keenan in hopes of adding to our family after 2 failed IVF cycles with our own embryos. Our initial appointment for embryo adoption was so much better than I had hoped. We are awaiting the start of of transfer cycle and can't wait to see everyone there again!

My wife and I were lucky to have found Dr. Gordon as we began our IVF journey together. From the very first meeting with Dr. Gordon, we have been impressed by his extensive knowledge of his field of medicine. He patiently explained to us complex medical concepts in a way that we could easily understand. We were also deeply appreciative of his willingness to answer the many questions we brought into each consultation session. My wife, in particular, has researched a great deal about the IVF process and often brought a list of detailed questions to each meeting. Dr. Gordon cheerfully answered each of our questions, and I never had the feeling that Dr. Gordon attempted to rush us out the door, even when our appointments were scheduled for the late afternoon. Moreover, Dr. Gordon would come on weekends when he was not normally scheduled to perform our egg retrievals. When we did not have success with some of our IVF cycles, Dr. Gordon took the results very hard; he seemed as genuinely disappointed as we were. He is truly a sincere and dedicated physician completely devoted to his patients. On one occasion, we had a late-night emergency, and Dr. Gordon readily returned our call to give us assistance. He is a genuinely good man with a large heart, and a physician who cares about his patients. We would recommend him to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

This place is actually worth 10 stars. I went here for a second opinion after a routine OBGYN exam revealed some not too alarming abnormalities. Being the paranoid person that I am, I wanted to make sure I was in the best hands for potential treatment options in the future. I looked online and on Facebook for opinions and reviews and Dr. Keenan came highly recommended. Everybody in this practice is just hands down awesome. They were all very friendly and sweet. I saw both Dr. Keenan and Ms. Galbraith, his nurse practitioner. I was impressed by the level of individualized care I got. They really wanted to know everything about me so they could make the best medical decision for my case. Yes, I waited a little bit to be seen but that is pretty much a given at any doctor's clinic. The environment was super mellow though so waiting was not stressful or tiring. Dr. Keenan specializes in helping women with fertility issues. They do complicated fertility procedures (as listed on their website) but they also do routine annual women exams and other simple straightforward procedures. The other thing you will note on their website is the wealth of experience Dr. Keenan has. He is skilled at what he does with the absolute best bedside manners. The facility is modern and clean (the address is 11126 Kingston Pike, not what is currently listed on Yelp). The staff is excellent at what they do and are very friendly. I will definitely recommend this for any woman seeking a great place for her routine woman exam or a woman with reproductive challenges. Couldn't sing their praises loud enough
