Tom Gallaher's Online Review Report Card

I consulted with Dr Gallaher in October of 2022 He met with me for 5 minutes and recommended that I have a mini face lift and then left me in the hands of his sales assistant, Victoria. She showed me photos of women before and after and then brought out a contract for me to sign in order to get on their schedule. There is a $1000 deposit plus a $50 office visit fee in order to make an appointment for surgery. Victoria then goes on to talk about a laser treatment that you can do after surgery and if you book now you can save over $1,000. Of course she says, “you can always cancel the appointment, we just want to get you on the books”. I agree to the contract but was never told the $1000 fee to schedule the surgery was non-refundable. They like to confuse you with lines like, you can cancel at any time or reschedule. Not really language that is used when a $1000 deposit is non-refundable and can’t be used for anything else but surgery. And you only have a year once deposit it paid

BREAST EXPLANT- After consulting with multiple surgeons and saying MANY prayers….literally sleepless nights unsure of which surgeon to choose…I chose Dr. Gallaher and knew he was the right choice. I had many breast surgeries in the past with a different local Dr. Two surgeries in the past year including an anchor lift. I had grade 3 contracture on one side and the other was starting to contract as well. I had 700cc textured implants. I was ready for a very bad visual as I felt there wasn’t much that could be done to restore my breasts. I am 4 days PO today and I honestly can not believe how good I look. I’m maybe a A/small B. My breasts are going to heal and look so beautiful and natural. Every day I see changes and I can not express how thankful I am to Dr. G. He was confident and pulled through. Chelsea, his nurse has been amazing. The surgery center was perfect, one of the nurses even prayed with me before surgery. This whole experience has been incredible. I will recommend Dr.G and his staff to any and everyone. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations 😭❤️. I will be forever grateful. -Mandy

Dr Gallaher’s office provides excellent service and patient care. They strive to make you happy with all aspects of services provided. You can’t go wrong with this office! Valisha gives excellent care as well. She is Knowledgeable in all areas of skin care. Love her!

Very patient with my surgical procedures. Dr. Gallagher has that very important factor to never say die when it comes to perfection.

Dr. Gallaher is a great, caring and wonderful surgeon and was recommended to me by my internist when I asked who her office would recommend for a breat reduction. I am 61 years old, 5'3" and with diet and exercise, I lost 80+ pounds. This left me with deflated breast and lots of sagging skin on my abdomen and buttocks. Dr Gallaher performed a breat reduction and lift in 2019 and that was such a great outcome and he and his staff are phenomenal! In August 2020, he performed a circumferential body lift. I am beyond ecstatic! At 61, I look better than I ever have and Dr Gallaher and his staff took such great care of me. Victoria, Tatum and Peyon are the sweetest women and so warm and caring. I have recommended his practice to women I know who are interested in a plastic surgery procedure. You can't go wrong with Dr Gallaher and his staff at the Powell office.

The front desk staff has changed so many times at the Kingston Pike location that they have become incompetent in respect, kindness, consideration and scheduling. Michelle is extremely rude and condescending. As a result of unprofessional behavior on numerous occasions to the Kingston Pike location, I will no longer support this medspa. After 3 1/2 years of being a loyal patient, sending numerous referrals, husband buying thousands of dollars worth of gift cards, I will take my business somewhere with a little more professionalism and courtesy.

I am surprised to see the negative comments on this site. I have been going to Dr. Gallaher for years and have found him to be honest and I have no complaints about his work. He is always nice and pleasant to me but I understand he is a busy doctor and doesn't have time to chat. The staff at the spa are wonderful!

Dr. Gallaher and his staff are professional and compassionate. My breast reconstruction was very well done. I am so thankful.

Surly looking character. My girlfriend died under his care. One star, only because I couldn’t submit without no stars.

5 grand wasted. My chest has a sunken in appearance. Not to mention I still have noticeable gyno.
