Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

Last week Thursday on the 4th, I was informed that I would be notified via phone in scheduling my next appointment.Before leaving the office that day, I asked about two times in assurung that I was covered and for sure wouldn't have to call them to schedule for next month.I then felt compelled on this 9th of Nov (which totals up to THREE 3+ business days wait period)not only to schedule, but to see what may have happened in the not reaching out process.I won't say that the receptionist that finally answered was rude.(because she really wasn't)Still, I must be honest & state that she did lack sincerity and some sense of accountability on the matter when I mentioned twice about the lack of being notified.Being told "Well there's nothing we can do about the past & we can only move forward,"  is not the way one working in a mental health clinic should talk to patients over the phone.There was no apology & accountability held for the lack of consistency.Perhaps if the staffing changes at the front desk regarding sincerity & responsibilities, then I might change to 5 stars.

The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! I walk into the office she ask if she can help I tell her I need to see someone to get help with anxiety, depression and possibly bipolar illness. She gives me a card and tells me I have to make an appointment. I asked if I could see someone today she said you have to have an appointment... how is this supposed to be a place to help someone if you go and they refuse to help you then? I need help now now a week from now. They apparently don’t care much about people if they refuse to see someone without a damn appointment

Had a therapy session for 5 minutes. Took my payment. No help here.

I feel so sad to say this because the therapist I met was awesome. But the doctor who isn't even a doctor she's a nurse practioner was awful. She treated me like a number, made me wait 90 minutes. She was cold and rude and ignored everything I was saying. Then put me on a medication I had never heard of and can't afford. Gave me samples and sent me on my way. Time to find a new doctor :(

The staff is nice and I love my therapist! He’s helped me so much!

Have not really helped our child except for changing her meds every other month, for 2  years.  Don't really feel that they are that caring for their patients. Front office lady is very rude and not people friendly at all.   Time to look for a new doctor.
