The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian the Nurse is always so much help when you need her she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well when you need them. They have been so Good to Us We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year May God Bless You All Richly Richard and his Mother Michelle

I walk into the office she ask if she can help I tell her I need to see someone to get help with anxiety depression and possibly bipolar illness. She gives me a card and tells me I have to make an appointment. I asked if I could see someone today she said you have to have an appointment... how is this supposed to be a place to help someone if you go and they refuse to help you then? I need help now now a week from now. They apparently don’t care much about people if they refuse to see someone without a damn appointment

I feel so sad to say this because the therapist I met was awesome. But the doctor who isnt even a doctor shes a nurse practioner was awful. She treated me like a number made me wait 90 minutes. She was cold and rude and ignored everything I was saying. Then put me on a medication I had never heard of and cant afford. Gave me samples and sent me on my way. Time to find a new doctor
