Everything I bring my mother it's between 30 minutes and 2 hours for her to go back to see the doctor for 10 minutes. My mom is diabetic this kind of wait time is asking for her to experience a sugar crash, that they wont let me help with. On top of that they have a "policy", in place that states that no one can go back with a patient if they are "competent and of age". I have yet to see anything posted about such a policy.

Dr. Barton chase is not only a physician to me. He is a friend. He starting seeing me at the age of 16 and today at the age of 49 he still sees me. He was my mother's physician and got her through cancer til she passed. He takes into consideration what you say and how you feel. I think this is the best doctor in West Tennessee. The staff is awesome too. Vanessa is great and so is Mrs. Audrey.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Chase & his staff, especially Nurse Melinda!! They have always been so wonderful to me. Very friendly. They take the time to actually TALK to their patients, NOT just in & out, like, "What's wrong? Here's meds, bye!" But actually sit and listen and converse with you. They genuinely care about their patients and the health of the patients.

Pleasant Physician. The staff is just awful. Double billing, incorrect records. That place is a mess.

After 4 hours in a hot smelly waiting room, a crude person will yell your name. Then you get ordered about by someone else. This place is wrong on several levels.
