I went here for a sinus allergy symptoms and the intern came in first and as I was talking she said pull you mask over your nose you might have something.. really???then the Kristen doctor came him with a aweful attitude so I gave one back and when she said no shots I said so what am I supposed to do she said I’m not doing steroid shot cs it’s only been a month I said well I wasted my time then cs I’m in pain and I went to get up and walk out she said I didet say I wouldn’t give you something I said well you didet say you would either you keep repeating that your not doing shots so after all that she sends me in script for steroids by mouth and allergy meds like really I didn’t deserve to be treated that way that’s why I only like to see miss Kim she is the sweetest

Dr. Zaiti took care of my mother when she was in rehab at the Lauderdale County Hospital in the late winter of 2020. Dr. Zaiti's bedside manner was exceptional. My mother was confused at times, so Dr. Zaita made sure that he communicated with the family on a daily basis, even though we were not able to be at the hospital all of the time. I did not have a pleasant interaction with Dr. Zaidi's office -- especially his staff. Dr. Zaidi doesn't do a good job of relating info to his patients. It also seems that Dr. Zaidi's staff (Teresa Golden the office manager confirmed this) is trained to COLLECT FEES EVEN BEFORE DR. ZAIDI WILL SEE YOU. They collected $200 from me on my 1st visit and when I called to do a follow up, they informed me that I needed to bring in another $101.35 before they would make another appt -- no bill was sent
