Each visit has been met with a courteous and helpful staff, caring and compassionate providers and a very minimal wait time. Scheduling an appointment is also easily and quickly accomplished.

Both the doctor and the P.A. I see are knowledgeable and responsive. They respond quickly to refill requests and send prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Great practice.

Being new to Tennessee and a new resident of Roan Mountain I went here to establish a medical relationship and get a new primary physician. This location was very professional, friendly and supportive of me as a new patient and very responsive to my needs. Being from New York I saws exceedingly happy with my experience.

This is the worst doctor's office i have ever been too the staff is rude. Saying they cant do a pap smear and go in for my appointment and they type me out a letter saying they cant do a pap smear because my size but will do other big size girls that i know. And when they put you on a medicine it takes forever to get it they dont want to send it to the pharmacy. I had to call the State of tennessee before i got my thyroid medicine that i needed. They use to be good but here lately they are nothing the ladys that sit in the front office they check you in and then talk about you the whole time you are in there about was you wear or how you look. Just an all around bad experience at this doctor's office i would not recommend this doctor's office to any new people looking for good doctors.

I hate to write a bad review of a place but I feel they do not listen to you at all. All they wanted to do was push pills. The NP stayed in the room all of five minutes. When will you people realize you are providing a service and you work for your patients?

I went to Roan Mountain Consortium February 7, 2018 with coughing, shortness of breath and a feeling of wanting to pass out. My FNP, Jamesia Harris, instructed me I was not driving home but they were calling the rescue squad to take me to the ER. She made all the appropriate arrangements. If she had not put into action her plans I feel I would not be writing this note. At the ER, I was found to have pneumonia in my left lung...they did blood work and my triponon level was high indicating a heart attack, BP was 72/54, and my iron was down to 16. They put me in ICU and I stayed there for 5 days. I can never seeing myself going anywhere other than Roan Mountain Consortium. Jamesia Harris, FNP, helped save my life.
