Dr. Hanson has been treating me and my Wife for since 2010. He is a very alert, and a competent Physician. He listens to your thoughts on what you tell him is happening, or he needs to look at. He then makes recommendations for your issues. He helped me find a grant for a badly needed MRI when I had no insurance. You don't forget things like this. I drive from Johnson City to Roan Mountain to see him. I dread the day he retires.

He did nothing for my pain. Have taken ibuprophen for over 15 years. Now I have kidney failure and high blood pressure possibly caused by taking it so long. they still give me ibuprophen with no regard to what it has done to me and I have to have something for pain.

Dr. Hanson is the best MD in East Tennessee. I have been going to him for years. He will go out of his way to make sure you are getting the care that you need. A # 1 in my book.

First I'd like to say that this office takes workers' compensation cases (since it's not listed under insurances accepted). Also, don't listen to Google's directions - just take 61 (have to double check the highway number) straight out instead of going on the backroads - much faster and you won't get lost on streets with no names or signs. I got lost, was an hour late, and they happily still took me in and I didn't have to wait for hours! Dr. Hanson listened to me and took time with me and quickly accomodated my needs. He is pro-patient, and you do not have to worry about him being on the side of workers' comp insurance companies, he's there to help you. It's very nice not to be rushed and be able to talk to a doctor without them talking down to you. Their refill process is very simple. They don't prescribe "addicting" drugs (hydrocodone and things like that - doesn't matter in my case) though. So if you're on those, keep that in mind. Anyhow, I'm transferring all my records there and I highly recommend this office! Even though it will be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive it's totally worth it.

dr wesley hanson is a great dr i luv hem is so kind to ever one and all the staff is i have been to hem for over 10 years now and i would not see any one but dr hanson :)

Dr. Hanson has asked me what I think is wrong and what I need. If I knew what was wrong with me, I probably wouldn't need a doctor. Many people have told me the same thing has happened to them. Marcus Webb, FNP, is the best person to see in the RM Medical Clinic. He is more knowledgeable and helpful than Dr. Hanson. I really like Marcus.
