Waited 2 hours to be told they aren’t sure what’s wrong with my child and then proceeded to tell me he only had a normal blister on his tongue. Nothing unusual. My child has Thrush. No thanks to them for helping me figure that out. We were the only people there being waited on and it still took the most ridiculous amount of time. I kept hearing the nurses and other women working there gossiping about their affairs right outside of my door. Awful experience will never be returning there.

First of all setting up an appointment online was very convenient & easy to do. When I arrived at my scheduled time, we were told there would be an hour wait, but it was actually only about 20 mins. The receptionist, Trish, was friendly & welcoming. The clinic was a little busy that day, but I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. The FNP on duty was Angela Vore & I was super impressed with her! She was kind, caring, thorough & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my treatment to me & my significant other. She even took the time to dress my wound herself. She made me feel comfortable, and I knew that I was receiving good quality care. I didn’t feel like she wasn’t listening or that she was in a rush. The male nurse, whose name I don’t recall, was also very kind & caring. All in all, I had a good experience & would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
