Ballad Health's Online Review Report Card

Im from outta state and went to the urgent care a few months ago when I was visiting and wasnt listened to and shove out the door in 5 minutes went back home because I was so sick and couldnt get help and ended up in the hospital for over a month and left with a feeding tube. Came back down for another visit and my feeding tube fell out went to ER this time at the hospital and I was extremely nervous because my other experience here but I had nothing but excellent care from the time I walked in until I left. Took awhile to get answers because I needed another hospital for what I needed done but even without covid and all the bs that is making Healthcare harder its not anything outta the normal people get so butt hurt over having to wait not realizing how other people have more emergent things going on behind the scenes they dont see. Normally where I live you wait a minimum of 4 hours to up to 8 hours in the waiting room alone. So impressed by them and all the staff I encountered

Hospital?? Overblown and overrated clinic is what it really is had to take my wife to the emergency room waste of time. Place is not clean cockroach in the bathroom sink. Talked to a nurse who was masked with a face shield definitely afraid of Covid...and get this hadnt been vaccinated and said she wouldnt be vaccinated...but she did have the nerve to ask my wife if SHE had been vaccinated She said she didnt trust the vaccines and wouldnt get the vaccine unless it was 100% effective. There has never been a vaccine that was 100% effective and probably never will be. Cant believe that Ballad has nurses that havent been vaccinated for Covid...but I probably shouldnt be surprised after all it is Ballad.

This “hospital” only qualifies as one if you are in a third world country. It is dirty and the staff does not want to be there. Ballad health is so proud of their cost reductions. Service reduction is a more accurate term for it.

Would not take my dog to this place I thought they had gotten better but trust me they have not they still treat people like less than human especially there e.r nurses

Had a family member come here because of nausea and extreme pain in their lower right back. The family member had three stents placed in their hip area. The hospital did do a blood test urine test and a CT scan. Though the radiologist was not in at the time. The doctor on the other hand poked above the stomach and thats it. Said they had a pulled muscle and to do exercises that would involve the site of surgery thats not fully recovered.The family member has been experiencing this since the surgery. Which is more than 24 hours. Ive checked everywhere and I have yet to see muscle strain in the back cause any of the symptoms. On top of that the doctor suggest she does exercises that would involve the site of the surgery. I may not be a doctor but even I know you need to wait 1 week before attempting limited exercises near the site of a surgery. Kind of making me wonder just who or what kind of people this hospital calls doctors.

On my way there with my dad and now I am really concerned. These reviews are horrible. I personally would like to see your responses instead of you secretly emailing answers. Answer the concerns for people like me that are scared their father will be treated in similar methods. Do not be cowards. Let us see what you are doing to improve bad situations.

The emergency room doctor clearly a mercenary refused to treat my gallbladder attack even though I was in significant pain. Hadnt me a card and said go see a surgeon. There were indications he thought I was faking an attack to get access to drugs. Young inexperienced bored sullen arrogant and presumptive. Bush league operation. Recommendation switch careers say managing an Auto Zone.

Blood work labs were messed up. Had to go back get more blood work. Then Dr. could not get results of lab work from medical records. Nor would they give us the results in hand. Tried to charge for 2 visits when they were the ones that messed up on the first visit. Lab work is important because an auto immune disorder was found. Dr. Cannot refer to a specialist without lab work. Very disappointed in our local hospital.
