List of Rohan Shah's Reviews
Dr. Shah is extremely patient and understanding when it comes to a patient’s questions and worries. He is very thorough and explains everything extremely well. I would never wish anyone to have to see a retina surgeon, but if life deals you bad retinas then Dr. Shah is the best person to handle them!
Had a 10:00 appointment with Dr Shah. Was finally seen around 11:50. Office staff is not the friendliest but I saw them longer than I did the doctor who was in and out within 5 minutes. $900+ bill and 3 months later, they FINALLY got my insurance filed correctly. Won't be going back to see them!
Our appointment was at 9:10 am. They asked we be here 15 min early. Nobody was here until 9am. When they did unlock the door 12 people all filed in, some with appointments before 9am. There was no sense or urgency to catch up. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. It’s now 9:50 and we still have not been called back. Dr offices need to understand that the patients time is as valuable as theirs. We will he leaving now. We DO NOT recommend this group. There is no reason to be an hour behind first thing in the morning.
Dr. Shah provided me with excellent treatment following a retinal tear. I would recommend him to anyone in need of ophthalmological services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
