I moved to a small town where Dr. Thayer practices from a large city about 2 hours away. I didn't want to travel back to the city to see my doctor there, so I made an appt to see Dr. Thayer. I was on HRT and wanted to get a new Rx for the estradiol I had been on for many year. He was very personable. We sat and talked awhile. My BP reading was high and he told me he didn't feel comfortable giving me HRT with that high reading. I told him my readings always run high at a doctor's office but are fine at home. He suggested I come back and get it rechecked another day which I did, and it was still high. He still didn't feel comfortable giving me estradiol. Anyway, I ended up getting off of estradiol and I've done just fine. I really did appreciate his being honest with me and caring enough not to just write a Rx for something when he didn't feel good about it. Dr. Thayer is an older gray-haired doctor who will make you feel like he's your grandpa. I really liked him! :-)

Dr. Thayer is by far the best Women's Health Physician I have seen in 30 years. He delivered my last child in 2008 after I went into a seizure during delivery. He saved me and her both. I am currently seeing him for some other issues that have started and he is absolutely amazing in his line of care and promptness to get me healthy again.

Went to office for wife waited three hours for him to say we cannot help you guys . After they did a ultrasound . And paperwork maybe should of said something to us before all the extra time and test and fees. Would think twice before you go here. After I started to get up to leave said them he can Recommend somebody umm he was recommended

I absolutely love Dr. Thayer. He is straight to the point with everything. No questions as to what is going on with you :) His staff has always been very empathetic and caring.

I had the abdominal ablashion done by Dr. Thayer and he was an excellent doctor,very informative,concerned,thorough,and patient! I think if u ever go c em....he's a keeper! Although,only one problem. The wait time,( It's just gruesome!!!//other than that great.
