great doctor and he always listens to the patient
great doctor and listens to the patient
I would give 5 stars for The office staff, and 10 stars for his Assistant! The Dr. Razzak himself, diagnosed my mother as having indigestion. The pain, weight loss, and other symptoms were not eased by the over the counter medicine he prescribed. When I went with her to his office 1 week later, he was rude, did not listen to her, and even raised his voice when she questioned his prognosis. Appalling, unprofessional, and a bit shocking. A few days later, we asked for an appointment with his assistant, Charlie? He listened to her, requested immediate tests, and within 24 hours called us personally after hours with her cancer diagnosis. Thankful for the PA.. Razzak is a doctor who does not know the difference between indigestion and cancer? And to be angry, and raise his voice with a patient who is obviously in pain?
As a new resident, I had my first visit scheduled for today and was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early. I left my Gatlinburg resident in plenty of time, but ran into road paving delays in Chalet Village, and additionally my GPS made an error. As I pulled into the medical parking lot, a receptionist phoned me to tell me that I had missed my appointment since I didn't arrive 30 minutes early. The next patient had arrived so they could not see me. They could reschedule, but only one more time. As a professional person I was taken back with her tone. One can say those statements to a potential patient, but I was surprised and disappointed with her demeanor. I will go to Knoxville to see an internist. Rebecca Alexander,. Ed.D.
I was in and out fairly quickly, but Dr. Razzak talked with me about my test results and listened to what I had to say. He made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. I feel like he is truly concerned about my well-being.
My experience thing he done for me. good with PC A Charlie Etherton I rate 10 in everything
Dr. Razzak has been treating me for over 15 years for a chronic condition. He is extremely kind and more importantly, he listens and answers my questions regarding my illness. When new developments occur he informs me of new studies or new medicines that have been beneficial. His staff is both friendly and professional and work efficiently together. I highly recommend him and PAC Charlie Etherton. ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
