Dr. Pugh treated my father with great respect and dignity. He is a wonderful surgeon and a Dr who is very genuine and kind. Our experience with him was exceptional!

I went to Dr. Pugh to get my gallbladder removed he told me I was too fat to do surgery on and refused to discuss anything else with me. He acted like I was wasting his precious time. I went to UT and they treated me with respect and dignity.

From the day I contacted Dr. Pugh's office his staff kept me informed as to the procedure and called me with any questions that I had. I can not say enough about Dr. Pugh's staff and his bedside manor prior to the procedure I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pugh for any procedure he is qualified to preform.

Dr Pugh did surgery twice on my cousin he is such a patient and caring doctor . Not only did he do a great job on the surgery but he took time with the family to explain everything he did . If Tennessee ever gets tired of him we would love to have him in West Virginia.

Dr Pugh is a awesome surgeon. He cares about his patients. I wrote one review already. I was having a bad day that day. When Dr Pugh is talking was talking to me. He took the time to explain things if I didn't understand it. Very nice and respectful. I have never seen him being disrespectful or arrogant. He explains what he is going to do before he does the surgery. I would defiantly recommend Dr Pugh. He cares about his patients. A lot of compassion for his patients.Thank you Dr Pugh and staff
