Children's Hospital Urgent Care - Sevierville Center's Online Review Report Card

This is a great asset to Sevier county We desperately needed this facility and I have had to go a few times since opening and the staff has been great every time The wait is never too long and it’a convenient to have in the area.

very attentive did a very through check on my son to ensure that all bases were covered. Ran every text possible for his symptoms and ones I asked for to ease my mind. very professional and great personalities.

Never again Urgent….. 3 12 hours. At least tell the parents that it’s gonna be this long so that we can make a decision to go elsewhere instead of hoping we will be next.

There isn’t anything “urgent” about this Urgent Care. I had a sick 6 month old screaming and I was here for 3 hours.. 723pm1009pm. When I went out to find out what was going on everyone was just talking to eachother. No urgency what so ever. I won’t be back.

Went here twice both times awful. First time two hours without anyone ever even checking on us so we left. The second time I took my son who had then tested positive for Covid… they refused to see him and never even asked about his well being “his cough is a sign of Covid sorry.” Absolutely zero compassion for a concerned parent. Lady was rude at the front desk. Might want to work on your bedside manners and maybe throw some compassion around here and there. I understand there’s rules but that shouldn’t take away from being caring.

UPDATE MY DAUGHTER ALASKA WENT HERE FOR PT AND ONCE AGAIN A WONDERFUL PLACE HER PHYSICAL THERAPIST KATIE K WAS SO FUNNY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE HER FEEL AT EASE I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR HER SO HAPPY THIS URGENT CARE AND OTHER MEDICAL NEEDS THEY OFFER ARE HERE JORDAN G IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND HAS SUCH A GREAT ATTITUDE..MY DAUGHTER ISNT NERVOUS ABOUT COMING HERE WHICH IS A GOOD THING TY YALL ARE THE BEST ....We are so happy with the healthcare professionals here.everyone so nice The art inside is so awesome Jordan G. Was exceptional My 13 year old daughter had to have xrays and he was so patient while we figured things out He was informative as well So glad we stayed here instead of going to leconte. He made all my daughters fear go away He was so funny He had such a unique and kind personality Definitely one of a kind Children and adults could use more healthcare professionals like him I was very impressed and my daughter was towhich mad me happy Keep up the great work here Alaska rain and Laura B.

Great experience our primary provider sent my 2 year old for xrays. She is seen at the actual Childrens Hospital every 3 months so they were able to pull her information extremely easily. They had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. The xray tech and front desk staff was wonderful. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience we will definitely return if the need arises in the future.

new doctors not ones who get mad because you wont repeat a test the hospital did the day before and refuse a doctors note after we sat there for 4 hours never got seen until almost 10pm and hes a 5 year old how do yall expect a 5 year who dont feel well get up at 6am after not getting home until 12 midnight because a doctor wants to be mad over me not wanting to put my son through something he already had done? she was very rude after that and never seen her again she sent the nurse with the discharged papers and I was told because I denied something no doctors note Im sure the insurance companies love double paying for test that dont need to be done 😠🙄
