English Mountain Recovery's Online Review Report Card

Good luck reaching anyone after treatment. Completed my treatment program at the beginning of May and have had no communication regarding payment or balances due (mail, email, or voice communication). My insurance has processed the claims, but I cannot get a hold of anyone to inquire about the balance. UR line, voicemail. Business line, voicemail. Clinical Director, voicemail. Summit Behavioral Health (parent company) self-pay line, voicemail. One representative on the admission line (only way to actually speak with someone) stated that she would pass my information/question on to corporate. Weeks later and still no follow-up. I have never dealt with a more aloof company. Especially when I'm TRYING to give them money.

There are some amazing people here, Like Katie in admissions and Wayne, a counselor. But, some of the people in charge Really bring the place down. The head nurse does not need to be in her position. She had a rude matter-of-fact tone with me before even 2 words left my mouth then acted surprised when I return that same energy to her. She has terrible communication skills and a terrible attitude. I am going through a stressful time and the last thing I need is someone being rude for no reason and using the excuse of "I was just being direct" (no mam' you were very curt and clipped.) Edit: I owe Sarah an apology, I thought it was her that contacted me. But it wasn't and orginally I named her in my review. Sorry Sarah!

I am grateful to God for English Mt. Recovery. They saved my son’s life. I believe they genuinely care for him, and he does too. He trusts them and so do I. We enjoyed family day there, and learned a lot about addiction.

English Mountain Recovery saved my life. After years of abusing alcohol and drugs, I decided to make a change. I called EMR and entered for a 30 day inpatient rehab. The staff here taught me to love myself, and how to apply the 12 Steps and S.M.A.R.T Recovery to my life. They truly care about each clients health and well being and I personally consider them family now. My overall experience was wonderful and eye opening

I can't say enough about EMR.After 22 yrs of addiction I decided I had to do something.I drove myself up that mountain and almost immediately felt peace.I truly believe it's a magical place.The staff is amazing!!! From the CEO to the counselors,the top notch nursing,the RSS staff,the admissions,aftercare, even the dietary staff.They gave me my life back and helped me find me again.I felt so safe and so loved my entire stay.I would highly recommend EMR.I will always remember my time there and all my new real friends that seem like family now. English Mountain Recovery is a very great place. They didn’t care about how much money I didn’t have. All they cared about was me being sober, and getting BETTER. Highly recommended place of recovery. I also wanna salute the amazing staff there….Ms Piper, Travis, Beth, Paul, Asher, Brittany, Shay, AmyLynn, and the rest of the clinical staff; you know who you are. It’s the love you guys have for clients is what gave me such an incredible boost.🎉🎉🎉🎉

Wow, where do I begin… I arrived at English Mountain Detox facility May 4th, 2024, and at first it was a bit of a nerve wracking moment, mostly because I was NERVOUS! I KNEW I WANTED the help, but it was just the unknown for me, the staff’s personalities, the clients personalities and the the overall atmosphere of the facility; HOWEVER EVERYONE was kind, there were a couple of sketchy characters, but they were clients, and they deserve the grace like what has been given to me, time and time again. I spent two days on Detox and then I went to the actual campus up the Rocky Mountains, and OH MY GOD it was one of the most BEAUTIFUL scenes that I’ve seen traveling up that mountain! Once I arrived with my oh so gracious transporter, I was greeted with love from staff and clients alike! My treatment there was very informative AND SPIRITUAL! I couldn’t have asked for a better place! I LOVE ALL of the staff to this day. And I hope each and every one of them know how grateful and appreciative I am for their presence in my life ❤️

Took my husband to rehab here & he was sleeping with an employee named Abby Franc3”e while there & then me to be with her after I picked him up, GREAT FACILITY VERY PROFESSIONAL. Pathetic
