I'm very upset about the way this office handles emergencies I woke up this morning with excruciating pain in my neck I called the doctor's office and was told to go to the emergency room because the first appt they had was in three weeks . Wow thank God it wasn't an emergency. I personally don't do business that way, and certainly don't want to deal with a Doctor's office who does.Dr. Jordan please revise your emergency appt. Policy,. for the good of your patients.

Dr Jordan is a great doctor he is friendly and listens to the patient and I would go to him again and again

Dr. Jordan is knowledgeable and a good doctor but does not offer his hand to shake and looked but did not touch my injury the entire short visit. He did answer my questions but I felt like he was in a rush the whole time and that my injury to him was no big deal, although to me it was. I'm sure he works with much worse injuries but patient/doctor relations are important.

I just moved to the area and unfortunately was seriously injured on my new job. I had my long awaited appt after being referred by a doctor due to my MRI results. Most incompetent doctor and rude staff! His one and only response to my MRI results was "it's different" and he refused to elaborate after I repeatedly questioned him about my injuries shown on the MRI. He ignored my pain and injuries, sent me home with no treatment plan for recovery and back to work. I don't recommend this loser!!!

I had my long awaited appt on 7/14/16 after being referred by my doctor due to my MRI results. Most incompetent doctor and rude staff! His one and only response to my MRI results was it's different and he refused to elaborate after I repeatedly questioned him. He sent me home with no treatment plan or pain relief plan for my serious injuries. Oh and my cartilage damage is due to my age. REALLY? He then stated come back in a month for follow up and go back to work. This is a WC case folks.
