They treated me with urgency and care. I was out of town and needed treatment and this was to closest hospital by and they took great care of me. You never want to end up at a hospital on vacation but with their great care it was so bad!
Like many others. If I could give negative stars. I would. DONT GO HERE! My surgeon sent me in for tests after complications from open heart surgery since that hospital is 3 hrs away. First thing, nurse walks in. Doesnt ask me anything and immediately starts pushing hard on my chest! Right where my sternum is broken and wired shut! I'm only my 2 wks out from surgery! 5 missed Iv later even with using the ultrasound, the. Nurse brings me aspirin. Which from triage they were told I cannot take nsaids due to stomach surgery. But here she is giving me aspirin. Then sent me home with a script for 800mg ibuprofen! This hospital is a death trap!
I have never seen care this poor. I asked a someone question about why Covid symptom patients were kept with everyone else with no Covid symptoms in the er waiting room, where the patients were actually being treated in the waiting room and I was told that I have a greater chance of catching Covid by stepping out my front door. I then asked if we could wait in our car and them call us. I was told no, that the hospital would be liable if something happened. The lady that was going to draw my blood was extremely rude. I told her I was leaving because I would not be talked to like she was. I was walking out of the room and asked her name. She did not respond. I asked her name again and she said she didn’t have to tell me. After sitting there for hours with a likely kidney stone blockage, I am at home with the same symptoms. Worst experience of my life. Strong suggestion to go elsewhere. I would not go here if I was having a heart attack.
Currently waiting in an empty waiting room. Have been told rooms are available, and yet we have been waiting for over 3 hours, with someone experiencing chest pain and numbness. This is an abyssmal and terrible hospital, and you should never come here.
My mom is 80 yrs old came in with urinate track infection.she was so sick I thought I could lost her. A week later she is recovered fines. Thank for Doctors, Nures, and nurses assistant everyone works hard, nice and Respectful!! Thank you very much!!🙏🙏
The labor department has messed up and is leaving a mother and her child in the hospital they done all the tests they needed to do and he passed all but the car set and they wont let them go she had her son on Wednesday and still there on Saturday he's fine shes fine and yet they wont let them go they also have been doing the same test for 3 hour and haven't brought him back to her
Nicest people. Excellent care and service. Wow. So impressed with the ER staff. From check in to discharge just absolutely 💯 Christin G gives the best shots 💯
I really wish I could rate this hospital zero stars. There was no service, no timely order to see patients, nothing. Currently waited 5 plus hours and haven’t even been seen, only checked in. If someone was losing their life, well guess what, you wouldn’t make it here! My advice, take the drive to UT!
I had to go to the ER 9/30/20 then in the ICU for a couple of days. Everyone was really nice to my family and to myself even though my family could not see me. My husband waited from early morning to night in the lobby. The nurses would go down and talk to him and let him know what was going on. Excellent service during covid!
They saved my life and took wonderful care of me

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
