My Mother who can hardly walk drove from Knoxville to her appointment there at TN Ortho.She called the office from the parking lot and asked if someone could bring a wheelchair to her car and roll her in.They would not do it, nothing to help her get inside, so she had to cancell and find another Orthopedic clinic that could spare 5 min to help a patient get inside.They do not offer help or assistance to elderly wbo have trouble getting into their practice.

Have been to Dr. Jaguith for shoulder issue on 2 occasions. Both times was given injection with great results. He, and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable in their field of medicine.

Dr. Burns is wonderful! Very compassionate about the pain you feel. He really is concerned that you are in pain just doing your daily activities. He tries his very best to control the problem in ways that are most fitting for my needs. Very efficient and I trust his expertise in treating my injury.

Such a nice, friendly doctor's visit at the Sevierville office. Dr. Poole spent time with us, and made it so pleasant. All the staff was awesome!
