William Fry's Online Review Report Card

If I could leave 0 stars I would . SAVE YOUR TIME ! he’s been my primary care all of my life up until now when I finally got fed up with his office . My father and I are both very sick with chronic illnesses and he doesn’t like to get to the bottom of things . In 2016 I tested positive for hyplori and had been chronically vomiting for years and in 2019 one of his new nurse practitioners pulled up my chart where he had tested me and didn’t treat me for even let me know for 3 years .

My whole family even my mother in law sees Dr. Fry. 25 years or more

Dr. Fry is a knowledgeable individual. He has helped me identify and understand chronic health problems that require daily management. Additionally, he diagnosed cardiac issues that required open heart surgery. I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Fry is knowledgeable enough. He absolutely has no bedside manner and does not listen well to his patients.

I am a brand new resident of the area and chose Fry from the list of providers from my insurance company. My insurance company is part of the healthcare marketplace; Ambetter. After wasting my time having me drive an hour round trip to fill out paperwork and then telling me they’ll call me in a few days to set up a first appointment and then almost a week later calling me to tell me they don’t want me as a patient because I take medication for my numb feet and anxiety Because I am diabetic. I think they just don’t want the government healthcare Insurance. Very rude Office staff as well. Don’t bother with this provider. He did not provide treatment to me.

My step father is sick with either Parkinsons or msa. When he went to see them they told him he is healthy and there is nothing wrong with him. My step father has been suffering from loss of hearing, trouble with balance and fluid draining from his ears. Yet Dr. Fry and his staff say he is healthy. On the first visit to a new doctor they immediately get him and appointment to a specialist and he indeed has some serious health issues going on that need to be addressed. My mother called to complain and find out what the issue is with Dr. Fry and all he and his staff did was issue a release for from his office. This man should not be a doctor. It's scary to thing he has young children under his care.... I pray for them and hope they are getting the correct medical attention they need. Had it not been for the new doctors we went to see for my step father, he might not be with us today. Stay far far away from this office if you want good medical attention. Dr. Fry and his staff are only good at scamming the insurance companies for money. He is a terrible person and doctor.

Terrible place to go for a Doctor. Dr. Fry and his staff know how to work the insurance companies to collect on money that they shouldn't be. Since 2017 he has refilled my script for my asthma inhaler (somethings I've used my entire life) 4 different times with a simple fax from my pharmacy. Today when I need it refilled it has changed to "Dr. Fry needs to see you for a check up in order to get your script refilled." Tell me why in the last two years this wasn't an issue. He and his staff are all scam artists and this guy should not be seeing people to help them become healthier. Terrible place to go, even if there is no one in his office you will sit there for hours waiting to see him. Highly suggest you go else where for you medical needs. Stay far far away from this doctors office.

??% plus! Dr. Fry & his staff are there for me. Dr.Fry spent many hours in schools studying & still does to be aware of new treatments & meds available today. His patient care is for us to be as healthy as possible. Of course, we need to do our part in following his medical advice. I do not mind waiting knowing he may be giving encouragement to patient before me. If needed, he will do same for you or me. I am truly grateful for Dr.Fry. Terrible doctor and staff. He would not see me for a simple check up to get my inhaler refilled for my asthma. He also claimed that my step father was very very healthy, even though my step father has been suffering from dizziness, hearing loss, fluid coming out of his ears and many other things. He sent him away and said he was very healthy for a 65 year old man. Dr. Fry should not be a doctor.
