My wife and I have seen Ivy Harden FNP here for years and we just love her. Weve never had a bad experience here. Theyre always super friendly and really efficient we wont go anywhere else.

Very poor customer service over the phone. The secretaries almost portray an attitude that you are inconveniencing them with scheduling. They will not schedule out more than 1 or 2 appointments and there have been gaps in therapy for over a month for our child that is supposed to be going weekly do to that issue. The therapist is great but the company needs to definitely brush up on customer service and training their employees. It would be great if we had more independent counselors in our area instead of having to turn to big medical whom tend to have poor customer service such as Cherokee.

This place is an absolute joke with a capital J They dont know if they are coming or going. They tell you one thing and then say they didnt. New employees at this location all of the time and its no wonder.

I have been a patient of Cherokee health system for over a year now. Today I can in to have a few tests run and my experience was like never before. Debra McCarley was my nurse. I have never experienced a more rude judgement person in my entire life. The lack of professionalism concern and honestly human decency she displayed was absolutely disgusting. I will be changing my healthcare provider.

Front end staff is always very pleasant as well as back end staff My wait time has never been over ten minutes.. I love Doctor Ivy she is awesome Has very good bed side manners. I recommend her to anyone💜 Mental health Kristi is the best
