I went there and I liked how they treat people.They do their job right.The staff treat people respectful and how they are supposed to treat people.The program help me and they help you what you need done and help you with the right medication.

Not a great place to work unless you want to jeopardize your license with documentation. The DON does not allow time off when have a death in the family.

This is a horrible place. It is no longer Landmark. It is under Harmony now. If you care about someone in your life, send them to ANY other place beside here. At the time of this post, the new owners openly lie about their services and seem to have no problem with false advertising. All of the images you see are not real. The "pool" has been a swamp for years. The property is overgrown and unusable. Most time is spent either in a room with no AC or smoking cigarettes out back. You are constantly hassled by staff who watch EVEYTHING you do in a very creepy way. Pretty much every service they claim to provide is bogus and not available. THIS IS AN INSURANCE SCAM 100 PERCENT. 1 staff member even told us that we shouldn't care about the deception since our insurance was paying. She quickly tried to backtrack once she was reminded that insurance and copay were not free for the clients. If you try to leave, they make threats that they will put you out on the road, which is in the middle of nowhere, without your belongings claiming they don't have to give them to you for 24 hours. All calls are on speakerphone with a staff member and if you criticize the place or talk about leaving, they will hangup the phone without warning. This was a total nightmare. They change meds daily and have complete disregard for the medication management you might already have with your own personal primary care provider. If you are not already on 10 different medications, you will be when you leave. It doesn't matter to them because they can over bill your insurance. They are very careless and dangerous. The top brass might show up but only to put on a show for investors and make empty promises and then disappear. If you or somebody you love needs help, take them anywhere else but here. Once again, this is no longer Landmark. It is called Harmony now and is ran by Summit Health.

They only do there job when it suits them. The patient navigator Christina is impossible to work with she screwed me out of going to treatment where I wanted to go and refused to let me call anybody, she tried to force me to go to freeman recovery. They have no program requirements if you go to class or just hang out and watch TV the whole time you still graduate. April the navigator and her husband matt are the best staff there including Bernie.. they actually try to help ppl but Christina henders all the efforts, she needs to be fired.

Seek help elsewhere. The 5 star reviews could not be more fake. I personally spent time there.

Landmark saved my life the men's quarters was the closest I've been to people wanting to just help me feel better, they don't pressure you to do anything ❤️-Boosta

This place is very family oriented.....it really helped me change my life....I would definitely recommend this treatment facility to anyone truly looking to change their life!

Please read my review below. I’ve worked as a treatment coordinator for other facilities and voluntarily admitted myself Lamdmark in 2021 and it is absolutely horrible. Google Matt Boyle the CEO. Google the deaths at the facility. These 4/5 star reviews are likely being left by staff. Do you REALLY think a recovering addict is going to jump on a leave a review of a treatment facility?? 😂
