Dr Mary McKenzie is a terrific doctor. Her demeanor is friendly and personable. She always takes her time to listen and allows me to ask questions. Her office staff is efficient and easy to communicate with. I researched far and wide for a doctor and am so glad to have met Dr McKenzie!

I gave them a one star because there was no 0 or negative stars. McKenzie is great but her front end staff are jerks. They are only worried about getting home and to lunch rather than helping their patients. This is a very buyer beware practice due to her front end office help.

Dr. McKenzie is thorough, prompt, kind, and capable. I'm not sure you could ask for much more in a physician. Her staff is wonderful, too, so clearly, her ability to lead the charge is excellent as well - I have always received a call back, an appointment when needed, a prescription refill, etcetera. She has been treating me for years, and I recommend her and her office wholeheartedly.

Dr. McKenzie was thorough and spent plenty of time with me during my initial new patient visit. We reviewed her extensive patient questionnaire and it was clear that she is focused on my total health including lifestyle and other factors.

I highly recommend Dr.McKenzie to anyone looking for a caring doctor who "takes the time" to listen to whatever is on your mind. Dr.McKenzie is an excellent doctor who did a lot for me during the 4 and a half years she was my doctor. Couldn't ask for a better one!

Excellent GP. I’ve been a patient for many years. Dr. McKenzie has provided exceptional fare for a myriad of health concerns, and routes me to the right next step when dealing with more chronic issues or injuries to make sure I’m feeling good.

I was due for a colonoscopy which Dr. MCKenzie was aware of and made no referrals. She ordered a bone density scan. It revealed osteoporosis which she never addressed. I had to call and ask about follow-up appts/visits which were then addressed by her nurse. This office is not patient oriented. It is up to the patient to know what is needed and request follow-up. As an RN for over 40 years this is not appropriate care. I will not see this MD again. My health is worth more than this MD appreciates.
