Horrible service! Don’t waste your time! Starting from The receptionist that doesn’t know anything. The nurse Amber that handle medical evaluation for immigration purposes is a mess. She will act like she cares but she doesn’t. She will make you think she is working with you to schedule your appointment and make the process smooth but she isn’t. She will make you waste your time and effort. She lies! Do not go here!

I’ve had a great experience at AFD Clinics! The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about patient well-being. I’ve seen both Dr. Sam and Dr. Dar — they take time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed. Dr Sam and FNP Ali treat their patients with respect and compassion every visit. They strive to put wellness and preventative care at the forefront of their clinical practice. Went to the Smyrna location waited 45 minutes just to find out I needed to still fill out paperwork after watch 6 or 7 people come in after me and got there paperwork to fill out. They only called me up to the desk then because there was no one let in the waiting room but me
