The staff was excellent. The Dr. Worse than horrible. She was extremely rude. Would listen to me. Criticized the markings I drew, my penmanship, kept over talking me. She made me do positions during the exam that I told was hurting. I was up all night with extreme back and knee pain. I haven’t taken pain meds for several days and plan to keep it that way. I would rather use a cane 24/7 than go back to her. The most unprofessional Dr. I have ever been too. I’m in the medical field and deal with a lot of Dr.s , nothing like her. She doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Do not see this physician, my spouse has been a patient there for just a few months and it seems that they are only concerned about patients getting costly steroid injections and nothing else. He was told he would even have to pay on the balance left from his insurance before they would give him any medication, then they just stopped his medication due to him being in severe pain and he ran out 2 days early. They acted like he was a drug seeker and this is the first time he has ever been to pain management. He has done construction for 30 years and his spine and knees are messed up, it is getting harder and harder for him to work. He did everything they asked him to do, even told them he was having more pain and they acted like it is no big deal.

I agree, she caused my mother irreparable harm & damage. Should have filed suit against her. Very rude, arrogant.

Dr. Molette was assigned by workers comp for my husbands traumatic brain injury and she never listens to the case manager, myself as care provider and more so she argues with my husband about how he feels. She will not return phone calls and very unprofessional. She disputes other providers and also refuses to refer to other providers. The wait time is never less than 3 hours and she spends less than 5 minutes with my husband. Staff changes every time you go in. Very rude.

Dr. Molette not only listened to my concerns, but took those concerns into account when setting up a treatment plan. She explained procedures, and answered all of my questions.

I was a nurse for 18 years & have met some pretty incompetent & judgemental Dr's throughout my years of practicing, but she tops the cake on these! First of all her staff is extremely rude! The wait time was ridiculous & at my first visit she told me she was going to obtain my medical records & then for me to return in 2 weeks. So I did as instructed & she completely switched the medicine I had been on & lowered it to half. She literally treated me as if I were some drug addict. I have multiple health issues, 7 bulging discs, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, sciatica, OA in my spine, Lupus & a seizure disorder, one kidney & a history of kidney failure. When I went back for my 3rd visit I was ONE pill short (due to a fall I had suffered & still had the proof on my knees) I am unable to take NSAIDS due to my kidney issues & she had my medical records & supposedly is an MD so you would think she would have been smart enough to know this! Well, she changed my medicine again to some patch (even though adhesives were listed on my drug allergies) I even asked her if this would cause any kidney issues or seizure risks & was told "no". I filled the patches, got home & read the side effects, guess what? Clearly stated "Do NOT use if you have renal impairment (kidney) & can cause seizures! I was blown away & the patches were trashed immediately & never used. She may want to start LISTENING to her patients & gain some empathy! She took an oath to protect her patients & is clearly not following that! Hey Ms. Mollete, not everyone you see is someone just looking to "get high" & you need to put yourself in your patient's shoes! One day you may actually become a patient yourself. And even though I have zero respect for you as a "DR" or as a person, I still wish you better care than you give if you ever are faced with pain management yourself! You're not above anyone! Thankfully the 3rd time was my LAST time. I have found a Dr that actually LISTENS & CARES! If you have an appointment scheduled, but haven't been yet, save yourself the headache, the judgement, the money & potentially your life & call your PCP for any other Dr. She truly sucks! Although I reported her to the physicians board, I'm certain they didn't do anything. Sadly many Dr's lose their hearts. Sadly my seizures & Lupus are why I am unable to work anymore, but with people like her I am almost ashamed to say I was a nurse. Good luck people (if there were an option for zero stars she would have received none)
