My first 1 star review ever. I chose this location because of the high reviews, and I'm hoping to prevent others from repeating my mistake. There was nothing "Urgent" about this care. I signed in online and came in when they told me to, but still spent over an hour in the building before seeing the doctor. I'm not looking to roast anyone with details, but if you're in a rush, don't come here.

I had to come to CareNow Urgent Care Smyrna for a drug screen and the personnel was really helpful and kind. Great experience!

Went into care now yesterday at 7:15 pm (they close at 8). Not only were they patient with me, they were also very caring and attentive. They were even able to send my prescription over to my pharmacy before they closed. Hopefully I won’t need to go back any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be coming here!

I was sent to this place to do a pre-drug screen for a new employer. I waited in the waiting room for at least an hour and a half if not more. Once I was finally called back the woman that did my drug screen was very rude to me. I am not sure about the other employees but the ones I came in contact with were rude except the receptionist. So be prepared to wait a long time before being caked back and hopefully you do not come across the lady that did my drug screen.

This was the best experience I have had at the Dr's office, HANDS DOWN! Ms Tara at the front desk was so kind. Ms Jessica was efficient, she listened to me and knew exactly what the problem was...she also gave me some good life advice 😅 if you are ever sick in lavergne/smyrna area go here!

Best. Experience. Ever. I brought my elderly mother to CareNow for an earache. Brooke at the front desk was so welcoming and pleasant. Then, Tiffany called us back and took her vitals and was so kind and gentle. Then, Andrea came in to evaluate mom. She, too, was so professional, caring, and not in a hurry. I felt like mom got excellent care. Thank you to this amazing team of 3! I really needed to feel the good in this world again and they proved that people still care about the elderly with compassion and humility.
