I am very disappointed with the service at Cumberland Dentistry. My children's appointments have been canceled twice, and no one has reached out to reschedule. It is extremely frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly, especially when it comes to my kids’ dental care. A professional office should take responsibility for notifying patients and ensuring they are rescheduled promptly. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and reliability has made it difficult to trust your practice. I hope you improve your scheduling process and customer service, as this experience has been unacceptable.

I've taken my two children there for years, and the care was very good, but recently I've had some bad experiences. With the lack of staff and the increase in patients, the patient is just another number. Recently, I needed my son seen for an abscess and infection in his tooth. I spent a whole week calling every day until Carla finally helped me get an appointment. They saw my son, prescribed antibiotics, and he needed a follow-up appointment to have a tooth removed. The next day, the nurse at my son's school requested a form from the doctor to give him the medicine. Since they didn't receive it, I called to request it. Carla, the same woman who originally helped me get an appointment—I don't know if she was stressed with a lot of work—was rude and impolite, telling me they wouldn't send me the form and that I should give him the medicine at other times than at school, when he needs three doses of amoxicillin during the day. She even had the nerve to suggest I wake him up in the middle of the night and give him all three doses in one. My husband went in person to request the form, and the same woman repeated the same thing to him. This office either needs more staff or needs a new clinic that divides the number of patients it receives so they stop treating them like just another number. I will not return to this dentist again. They lost two patients, and I'm sure the list of lost patients will increase with this treatment.

We went here for a second opinion, and I am still blown away. The staff listened to our concerns and is doing what we had hoped for. Love love this place and I won’t go anywhere else! I even live 1.5 hours away, and my daughter’s regular dentist recommended them. They care about their patients and will make sure you’re taken care of!

Eva - Got all my 3 kids same time very nice and gentle she was absolutely fabulous . Appreciate all the staff mostly Alondra & Fernanda. If you have a child with Autism this place has never disappoint in being patient with him.
