Feltz Therapy Services Llc's Online Review Report Card

I do not recommend Feltz for therapy services. Their scheduling department is rude and unprofessional. I have also received false information.

My children have been patients at feltz for over 3 years with no issues. Sadly, due to high turnover in the company, there are now people working with my children who do not know how to work with adults. Rachel and Kailea. OTs at Goodlettsville were so difficult to work with. They created unnecessarily barriers to access for my son. Katie Beckett grands money for special needs kids. They have gotten more stringent and require any provider to approve any purchases for the child. My son eloped and it was a traumatic experience as he was 3 when it happened. We wanted to use our funds for a fence and they refused to approve it, saying it wasn’t of medical necessity. Thankfully, his therapist at Vanderbilt was happy to make sure that he is safe while playing. It was in their scope. They just did not want to help. I sent many emails that got no response or very late responses after several follow ups via text. I was not greeted by Kailea on more than one occasion when I was in the office despite me greeting her. When they were being meticulous about what they would approve for Katie Beckett I realized I didn’t want the headache of working with such a difficult team for my son. I told her she was rude and unprofessional based on the objective experiences I had with her. Kailea responded that if we change our mind we’d be on the bottom of the wait list. A very unnecessary response when I clearly articulated that I did not want to work with her. She told her boss, Rachel, who emailed me discharging me from Feltz. I have a son who goes there who has a great therapist with no issue. Rachel did not call. Try to resolve anything at the lowest level. She kicked me out of her office because I told one OT that she was rude and unprofessional (because she was rude and unprofessional). This good ol girls club At Goodlettsville is running a once phenomenal company to the ground. STAY FAR AWAY

My son taking Speech and OT has improved so much. I can see a big difference.

I had taken my daughter here before when she was little. We stayed because her physical therapist was the ONLY person that kept us going. Tge scheduling sucks, the staff are rude. Today, we had an appointment at 1pm. For feeding therapy. I show up 1250. I sign my daughter in. The front desk lady was on the phone. I was raised not to bother someone on the phone. To wait. It wasn't til 130 they finally got off the personal phone call .they turned us away saying we alwere late. SHE EVEN SAID WE WERE ON TOME. I will never go here again AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. Do better.

I have been taking my son here for over 2 years. My son has benefited so much from all the dedicated therapist working with him. From his PT' Katie, his OT' Ericka, and his two speech therapist Miriah and Landan. They are all 100% absolutely exceptional. They all truly care, provide thorough updates and always offer recommendations to continue my little guys process. I can't tell you enough how blessed I am to have these ladies as a full team for my son. All four therapist have hearts of gold and are fully committed to what they do. Thank you ladies and thank you Feltz!

Please make Feltz the last option in TN for your little one if you can. I mean to have a therapist quit in May and I have been reaching out since and here it is about to be August is sick. Then one lady said we don’t have anyone in your area, I asked her what area is she referring to and she had no idea. Not to mention my child was receiving services two times a week and the month before the therapy “moved to a different area not quit” the services were done once each week. It’s a big completely HELL NO if you care about your kid! And to add to it all they are asking for a new referral and another evaluation when I said I would just bring her in clinic because the services they offer outside is just unorganized. Why would I do that if you all don’t even have a person for the referral that’s current. It is giving scam and I am currently making sure I post it in every support group I am in as well. It’s sick! And had to add look through all the others reviews and notice how they respond to the good ones and are crickets with the issues! If you are going to teach something teach the company ACCOUNTABILITY!

Over 2 months now waiting to receive a call to set up physical therapy & occupational therapy but unfortunately nothing, And we waited about 2 months to start speech therapy for only 1 hour with two doing therapist because no enough therapist The place very small, not clean enough to be comfortable place for neither kids nor parents

Updated Review.. My son has been doing great here so far.. It’s been 4 months with Feltz and he loves his therapist. This location is very reliable & convenient for us.. Thanks Mrs. Q Robertson for everything!

Everyone seems so happy to be helping these littles every day. My sons speech has improved so much! Can’t recommend them enough!!

My daughter has been going here since she was around 4 months old .. these therapists ARE AMAZING . I'm so thankful for them. My daughter has learned to walk, crawl, and learned all the basics she needs in life because of Katie, her physical therapist. Katie has BEEN AMAZING to us. She has always put forth the Mac effort she can for my daughter and I appreciate.it to the fullest. Even through the hardest time in our life she has accommodated to our needs .
