Have been going here with our 3 kids for 4 years now and were happy. Something has happened in the last 6 months and it is awful now. We had paperwork filled out on a child, turned it in, never got a return phone call as we were told we would. Husband called twice and we were told Dr never reviewed paperwork. Then when we were there for appt, dr said that was not true. We needed to reschedule an appointment and instead of doing it while on the phone, they said they would reach back out to give new time. They never did. Third child just went in for appt, waited almost 2 hours before they saw doctor and office staff treated my family like it was their fault when dr was running behind. Child needed a prescription and we are on third day after appt and prescription still hasn't been called in. And we got a bill for appt that they didn't run through our insurance first. Office management is horrible!
My son has been going here since he was born, he’s 3 now. It’s a convenient pediatric for us due to it not being far from home, his doctor - Dr.McElroy is great. She listens to all the concerns. The only downsides is their wait time is horrible, every scheduled appointment I have had we have had to wait an extremely long time. If you have an appointment I suggest adding more time due to the wait & the only other concern is they hardly ever answer the phones. Granted the phones might be busy during the day, but even when you leave a voicemail they don’t call back so you have to constantly keep calling until someone picks up.
My granddaughter has been going to Grace since she was born and got out of the Nicu. There have been several times that she has been to 2 other hospitals with issues and we were told she was fine to take her home. There was once we went to Vandy and was at Stonecrest within hours of the Vandy visit both said she was fine and X-rays were good. We called Dr Stimpson who had us bring her in immediately and agreed something was wrong called an ambulance and our girl was put on life support within 2 hrs of being at Vandy (the second time in 12hrs) she also ended up on ecmo and we almost lost her. If it wasn’t for the caring staff at Grace that listened to the mom and was willing to go above and beyond for my granddaughter she would no longer be with us. I can’t possibly show them how grateful we are to them.
My children have been patients of Lisa since 2015, before the move to the current building and have always loved coming. After having my son is 2022 we started having some financial problems and got behind on bills. But I have always managed to get them paid off. In December we came for a sick visit but was told we were not allowed back until the debt was cleared. I spoke with the office manager in January and she stated once my debt was paid off this time ($461) she would discuss with my providers about us returning to office… except my provider (Lisa ) has been out for about a year. (And I hope she’s doing well) so we have been seeing other randoms, depending on who has availability in office. I have cleared that debt. And tried calling to speak with the office manager regarding coming back. I called Thursday to speak with the office and they told me they couldn’t find her and they would leave a message for her to call me back. I never received that call. but found out by logging into the portal that we are no longer active. Everything is gone. The clinic staff has always been amazing. They stayed during lunch once when my son was having breathing problems . Lisa Called and checked regularly during the times my 6 month old had rsv (which is when I really racked up bills because we came once a week for check ups until her was completely over it) They have met me at the office on a late snowy Saturday night to give me the bili blanket when my daughter was jaundice. I appreciate everything the clinical staff has done over the last 10 years. But because I’ve not been the best at paying bills (because we were struggling) we now have to find a new provider.seems the office staff is more concerned with money. Not my children’s well being or the long time loyalty to this place. I have more negative things to put regarding how I e been treated and talk to by the manager. But that’s for the owner to hear. ( in which I was told by the office manager she was the highest chain I could speak with)
I switched from this pediatrician when my baby was two months old, and it was the best decision we made. Our previous doctor, Dr. Stimpson, admitted my newborn to the NICU three times for a so-called “low temperature,” yet every test came back negative. Since changing doctors, my baby is now eight months old and thriving.Parents, always trust your instincts. You are your child’s strongest advocate! Brent Rosser in Murfreesboro is the best pediatrician there is and his reviews speak for itself.
Have been going here since my kids were small and they've generally been very responsive. However suddenly can't get s call back on a very important issue so we instead went to the ER. Very disappointed with the situation. Don't think I'd recommend the practice any longer
Our daughter's first visit was outstanding, thanks to Nurse Practitioner Nardeen Fayik and the caring nurse. They were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Ms. Fayik took the time to listen attentively to our concerns, addressing each one with expertise and kindness. Her dedication and bedside manner are truly impressive. We were so impressed that we've decided to transfer both our children's care to Grace Pediatrics, with Ms. Fayik as their primary provider. We highly recommend her and the entire team!
Have been with this practice for over a decade and always received top notch care.. We love Dr. Martin and the staff at Grace Pediatrics
I wanted to let the office know that there phone's are still on for when they went to lunch today and I am trying to get in touch with the office. Thank you
I went to this place for my baby’s first newborn visit. I waited for nearly 45-1hr just to get back there. I went through with the appointment with Julie McElroy based of reviews from another couple of mamas. The whole appointment was rushed and didn’t do some of standard routine newborn checks that I’m used to witnessing with my previous children. This wasn’t my first child however we just moved here and I was hoping to have a hands on pediatrician to speak with as they interact with my children like their previous one used to. If anything it felt very transactional and based off that I switched pediatrician practices for that very reason here comes the bill in the mail over 3m later when they kept harassing my spouse while he was at work even though he redirected them and I kept telling the office we switched repeatedly. The bill in question stating we “owe” $120.00. As we all know Tenncare covers all newborn visits for 30 days after birth under the mother’s policy initially while awaiting for babies card to be mailed. So, to receive this in the mail is complete (pardon my language) bullshit. I’ll be disputing this with Tenncare and the office to ensure they don’t bill incorrectly anymore as he is not their patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
