Since the beginning of entering this practice, I have been met with kindness, patience, and dignity. The front office team, nursing staff, and doctors have been wonderful. I was in tremendous neck, shoulder, back and hip pain when first coming here. I have gone through a few management plans. I’ve seen both Dr. H and the nurse practitioner Mary. I can honestly say I don’t know where I would be without this team. We are still fine tuning my plan and it adjusts with the weather. Dr H knows medication is my last resort as also surgery. Just like peeling back the layers of an onion, you realize as treating one area you discover the root(s) of your pain. It can be very complex. Dr. H is the man to figure it out. His entire team has been amazing.

They know their business , Dr.Hilgenhurst is a Great Dr ..one of the best pain relief on my spine injuries in my 30 yrs of back &neck pain from a car accident in 1992 .Great people work here !

The best pain management practice in Nashville. Lead by Dr. Hilgenhurst and supported by PA's Daryl Madden and MaryBeth Floyd - You can expect first rate care from these professionals. They know how to practice ethical medicine in a State as backwards as Tennessee (I love my State but the Government is controlled by very foolish Prohibitionist who actively harm seriously ill patients). I have had to fire more than one Provider in this space due to poor quality - which is why Precision Pain is such a relief. I have had patient encounters with each professional in this practice and they are first-rate. You cannot go wrong choosing this practice.

My doctor send a referral a month ago they never called with an appointment. I just called them the answer was we don’t take Medicaid remind you in the web says they take Medicare/ Medicaid. The could at least gave me a call and let me know so I can find someone else.
